Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, in both group and individual settings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
