Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and implement procedures in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure high-quality care.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive care, attending regular meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities to stay updated on current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Grace Recovery & Rehabilitation, you will primarily work with a diverse range of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
