Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and maintaining professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress, evaluate treatment efficacy, and discuss upcoming appointments, discharges, or transitions.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and adaptable to clients’ evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with legal standards, facilitating continuity of care.

• Perform intake assessments and provide initial evaluations to inform treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual clinical supervision to support professional development and ensure best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to provide integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n
