Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, concerns, and goals, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions that address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to help clients navigate relationship complexities, communication breakdowns, and family disputes effectively.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting actionable objectives and interventions that align with clients’ unique pathways to recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing immediate mental health emergencies, delivering support with empathy and expertise.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, teaching them coping strategies and providing resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements in counseling practices, ensuring every client can trust in the confidentiality and integrity of their treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Bridge Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
