Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapy sessions on an appointment basis, adapting your schedule to accommodate clients' availability while ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to create a holistic care experience for clients across various backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
