Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to deliver effective interventions.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a client-centered approach in all interactions.

• Regularly consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and an integrated treatment experience for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions and treatment progress to support continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and maintain active licensure in the state.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
