This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, while ensuring you still have access to clinical support and resources. Full-time counselors typically work from Monday to Friday for 8 hours a day, while part-time employees can create a schedule that suits their personal and team needs, accommodating work hours from Monday through Saturday without weekend commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to establish individualized therapy strategies for clients

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and group sessions tailored to clients' specific needs

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and effective treatment planning

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards

• Engage in continuous professional development and attend workshops to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds, including individuals, families, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Many of our patients may be dealing with issues related to trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, or emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon

• At least two years of experience in counseling, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential

• Demonstrated understanding of both ethical and legal standards within mental health practice

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPC position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000, along with generous bonuses based on performance.
