Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong, trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, assess stability, and schedule upcoming appointments, including timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and identify the best course of treatment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, applying evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.

• Engage in individual supervision, seeking guidance and feedback to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Proficient in using computer systems including Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating skillful intervention and support.
