As an LPC with us, you will provide both telehealth and face-to-face counseling services, helping clients reconstruct their lives and build resilience.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. Our community health clinic model emphasizes accessibility and client-focused care. We are proud to operate seven days a week, with shifts available from 7 AM to 10 PM, providing the autonomy to manage your hours without requiring on-call duties. Our support team is dedicated to scheduling and client service, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify their unique treatment needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that support clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and cohesive care.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate responses.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources, fostering a greater understanding of mental health.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance at all levels.

• Engage in case consultations and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay current on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• A self-guided approach to handling administrative requirements, including completing notes promptly within 24 hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to guaranteed pay with opportunities for annual increases and bonuses, we provide:
