Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized therapy plans for clients, ensuring that each strategy is tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as a sign-on bonus.
