Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies for your clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to clients' preferences and diagnoses.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating a supportive and safe environment for discussion and healing.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive client care and integrated treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards as mandated by New Jersey state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
