Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients, which may include conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, actively monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to uphold the highest level of client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to keep abreast of the latest mental health research, methodologies, and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Precision, Preparation, and Recovery Services, you will engage with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing issues related to family dynamics, trauma, substance misuse, and behavioral challenges, providing critical support for clients as they navigate their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
