This remote role is specifically designed for skilled mental health professionals who can effectively utilize telehealth technologies to engage with clients from the comfort of their homes. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure seamless communication and therapeutic engagement. As a member of our clinical team, you will collaborate with other licensed professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals based on their unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care across all levels.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Our telehealth platform allows us to reach clients throughout Parsippany, New Jersey, providing vital services to those who may face barriers to accessing in-person care. As a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in developing individualized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
