Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique psychological needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group sessions and workshops that promote mental wellness, resilience, and coping strategies among clients.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload capacity. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
