Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each client through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to various populations including individuals, couples, and families, focusing on holistic recovery and wellness.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that support clients’ overall mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.

• Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay informed on current mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or extensive experience in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
