Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be involved in a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental health of our clients. Key tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, diagnostic and functional evaluations, and effectively communicating treatment recommendations to primary care providers.

• Delivering targeted interventions for patients in need of mental health services, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and relational counseling.

• Monitoring patient progress and initiating follow-up sessions to ensure adherence to treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and health outcomes.

• Collaborating with primary care teams to identify ‘at-risk’ patients and developing proactive strategies to prevent deterioration in their mental health.

• Documenting clinical encounters and treatment progress thoroughly in the electronic health record system to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Providing education and self-management resources to patients, empowering them to play an active role in their treatment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Psychotherapy Services values the well-being of its staff and offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
