Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy, to guide individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with federal and state laws, as well as ethical standards, ensuring a commitment to patient privacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in counseling practices and mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Grandview Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse and varied client population. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
