Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments, functional evaluations, and treatment planning based on the needs identified.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to recognize and manage mental health issues, serving as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients requiring immediate mental health support.
\n
• Advise and assist primary care providers in determining the appropriate course of treatment for patients, facilitating referrals to specialty mental health services when necessary.

• Develop individualized relapse prevention plans and support patients in maintaining stable mental health through strategic interventions.
\n
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring accurate and confidential records are maintained.

• Engage in follow-up communications with patients to assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments based on their evolving needs.

• Educate patients about self-management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Consult with clinic management and other team members to enhance the effectiveness of behavioral health services and program evaluation.

• Remain current with relevant ethical standards and regulatory requirements while fulfilling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
