Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients by building trusting relationships, establishing rapport, and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate their journey towards discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

• Document client interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and records for efficient tracking and compliance.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and approaches to promote growth and healing.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to refine clinical skills and ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Peaceful Pathways offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. Our organization operates under a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing payment ahead of collections to alleviate any financial uncertainties.
