Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and precision in record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
