Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to provide comprehensive care.

• Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions, employing customized therapeutic techniques to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement holistic treatment plans, contributing to a supportive network for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards throughout client interactions.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
