Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing therapeutic techniques that best support their mental health journey.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities for individuals, couples, families, and groups, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
