Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies by conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive care plans that address mental health issues holistically.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, promoting transparency and accountability.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training that align with emerging trends in mental health research, ensuring the delivery of quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, along with families facing relational issues. Our clientele spans various age groups, providing counselors the opportunity to tailor therapeutic interventions to fit the unique circumstances of each client. By understanding each patient's background and experiences, our LPCs can foster a therapeutic alliance that supports effective healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

• An essential requirement is a minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate building rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Revive and Thrive Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–$110,000 per year, complemented by a SIGN-ON BONUS for newly hired LPCs. Our compensation package is designed to reward your valuable contributions, with uncapped earnings potential based on client caseload and therapy hours.
