Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to provide individualized and group therapy sessions.

• Create, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans based on client needs and progress, incorporating measurable goals and targeted interventions.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment across disciplines.

• Respond to crises as necessary, assessing risk factors and developing immediate safety plans to ensure client stability.

• Maintain detailed and timely records reflecting client interactions in compliance with all ethical and legal requirements.
