Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adolescents through weekly synchronous video sessions that address a variety of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive support.
\n
• Utilize automatically generated self-assessments to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and enhance engagement throughout the therapeutic process.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which offers tools to simplify record-keeping and documentation workflows.
\n
• Participate in regular consultations and training sessions with the Therapy Leadership Team to continuously refine your clinical skills and enhance patient engagement practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide culturally sensitive support will be essential in creating a therapeutic alliance that empowers youths to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required for this role.

• You must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and foster trust with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n
