Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the needs of each student using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and execute comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions in collaboration with students, families, and school staff.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment processes, creating safety plans as needed to address immediate concerns.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and therapeutic workshops that empower students and their families.

• Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate on client-centered treatment approaches, providing input and suggestions based on your observations and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
