Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Counseling Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing virtual therapy sessions to a minimum of 25 clients weekly, utilizing professional techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Establishing therapeutic relationships and conducting comprehensive assessments to develop customized care plans.
\n
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy, to support client healing and recovery.

• Documenting session notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information using our integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions for ongoing professional growth and adherence to regulatory compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse array of patients aged 18 years and older, including those from minority and underrepresented communities. Our practice especially values providers who are knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health issues. Your role will significantly influence the mental health journey for these individuals, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the State of Florida.

• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical counseling, preferably post-licensure.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

• Experience working with adult populations and providing psychotherapy.

• A deep understanding of cultural competency and the unique dynamics of diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
