• Provide comprehensive substance use and mental health counseling to youth, adults, and families referred to the center.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Utilize a billing service for managing client accounts, including eligibility checks and claims processing, to streamline administrative duties.

• Schedule ongoing appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure consistent client engagement.

• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in social work.

Your role will focus on diverse patient populations, including individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and their families. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of practical experience in clinical social work, including a master's-level practicum or at least two years of post-graduate experience.
