Work Environment\n

This position operates under a remote work model, allowing you to manage your time effectively while adhering to our clinic's operational hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As part of our outpatient facility, you will engage with a diverse client base and work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored therapeutic services to clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including initial intake sessions and ongoing evaluations, to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
\n
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, empowering them to identify goals and develop strategies for achieving sustainable change.
\n
• Provide immediate, crisis intervention support for clients in distress while coordinating care with other mental health professionals when necessary.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to provide well-rounded care for individuals.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities and, if desired, guide and mentor less experienced counselors or interns.

The clients you will serve are individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing complex life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient or clinical setting.

• Strong clinical assessment capabilities with an ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience and training in trauma-informed care, grief counseling, and couples therapy are highly valued.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic models and methodologies will enhance effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
