Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide counseling services from the comfort of your workspace while maintaining a structured schedule. Our work environment embodies collaboration and continuous support. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology, including a user-friendly telehealth platform, to ensure seamless communication with clients. Our outpatient office still operates as a hub for team collaboration, making periodic in-person meetings an option to foster team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Delivering comprehensive virtual counseling sessions to clients grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitating the exploration of clients' thoughts, emotions, and overall personal development through therapeutic techniques and strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to identify and set achievable therapeutic goals, guiding them throughout their healing journey.

• Customizing treatment plans based on individual client needs and best practices in the mental health field.
\n
• Documenting client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to treatment plans.

• Participating in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing to ongoing discussions about best practices and case reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients seeking guidance and support for various psychological conditions. Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds with unique experiences, which enriches the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of direct client experience in a therapeutic setting is essential.

• Exceptional communication and therapeutic skills, with an ability to build genuine connections.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is highly advantageous for efficient data management.
