This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while you engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms. You will work Monday through Friday, during standard business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a consistent schedule that supports both client care and your personal needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to understand their individual mental health issues, personal histories, and treatment goals.

• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans utilizing a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring a supportive and confidential space for clients to explore their concerns.

• Applying behavioral strategies effectively to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans, enhancing client outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including regular updates in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field of mental health therapy, including attending workshops and completing additional training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to employ culturally-sensitive practices and stay attuned to each client’s unique background and needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid and active licensure as either an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and client engagement.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms is advantageous for efficient service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
