The role requires availability for virtual consultations with clients using our secure electronic health records (EHR) system to maintain confidentiality and streamline documentation. Our structured schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that supports your personal needs as well as those of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to discuss their mental health concerns.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client feedback, revising them as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving therapeutic goals, tracking their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions within the electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to support integrated care approaches, discussing complex cases in supervision meetings.

• Engage in continued professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. This role emphasizes a client-centered approach, focusing on understanding each client’s unique experiences and personal goals. Therapeutic modalities may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness practices, among others, tailored to meet the specific needs of the clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services to individuals.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
