Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time remote setting, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance while contributing to community mental health solutions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations, an essential step in developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.

• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based modalities.

• Implement behavioral and intervention strategies to promote positive progress in clients, fostering a supportive environment that encourages openness and growth.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional training sessions to refine skills and remain informed of the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, who face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your role will be crucial in supporting clients from all walks of life as they navigate their unique mental health journeys, tailoring therapeutic approaches to fit diverse cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a community setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems is highly preferred, as it enhances the efficiency of client documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
