Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders through effective communication and clinical interventions.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop tailored discharge plans that ensure continuity of care for patients transitioning from intensive services.

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to create detailed and individualized treatment plans that respond to the evolving needs of patients.

• Referring patients to additional resources, including community services, treatment programs, and support groups, to enhance their overall well-being.

• Working with families and caregivers to educate them on treatment approaches and support the patient’s recovery journey.

• Organizing daily tasks by prioritizing patient needs, transitioning cases as necessary, and addressing potential delays or complex discharge situations.

• Providing crisis intervention and social work consultations, ensuring that patients receive timely support during challenging situations.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution. Educational qualifications will be thoroughly verified.

Unity Point Behavioral Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Additional benefits include:
