Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting with clients to discuss their mental health concerns, evaluate their emotional and psychological well-being, and determine appropriate intervention strategies.

• Develop tailored therapy plans that align with each client’s unique needs, incorporating a variety of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions, providing clients with support and practical tools to help them cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges from anxiety disorders and depression to complex trauma and eating disorders. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients from varied backgrounds will be crucial in fostering trust and facilitating their journey toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment practices and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
