Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies that align with the specific needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver effective counseling sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and client safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying current with the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Counselors will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload. In addition to a substantial pay package, employees receive access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance.
