With a typical work schedule spanning Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional adjustments necessary based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Noble Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's unique history and treatment needs.

• Collaborating with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and the development of resilience skills.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their experiences and build effective coping strategies.
\n
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources to promote well-rounded support.

• Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and training focused on advancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Staying informed on the latest discoveries and methodologies in trauma therapy to deliver the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals affected by trauma, including those struggling with PTSD and associated disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Georgia.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities, as well as knowledge of resilience-building approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates who have delivered trauma-focused therapies and interventions are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
