Key Responsibilities\n

Our client groups vary in age, background, and needs, requiring a counselor who is adaptable, empathetic, and capable of providing tailored interventions to support recovery and wellness journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the field of mental health is required.

• An active and independent LMHC license is mandatory, with assistance provided for those licensed in other states to obtain Washington licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
