Work Environment\n

This remote position utilizes telehealth technology, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, our work schedule offers some flexibility to meet the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's distinct experiences, challenges, and needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that account for the client’s cultural and emotional background.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address mental health challenges and encourage resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a unified approach to healthcare coordination.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses to patient needs.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current license as a mental health provider (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, cultural competence in therapy, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
