Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments of patients to understand their unique backgrounds and experiences, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines, while utilizing EHR systems efficiently.

• Actively engage in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and participating in cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• Demonstrable understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders, as well as evidence-based treatment methods that integrate cultural competence into therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
