Our outpatient office in Columbus offers a supportive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes the well-being of both our therapists and clients. While the majority of sessions may be conducted remotely, you will also have access to in-office resources when needed. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient appointments and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs of patients and develop customized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community support while addressing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating the ability to manage urgent mental health situations effectively.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, fostering their empowerment in the recovery process.

• Maintain thorough and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards and participate actively in case consultations and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients encompass individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including common disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as issues related to substance abuse. Your role will involve working with both adults and adolescents, ensuring that you employ an empathetic and personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique situation and cultural context.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and various evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in providing therapy to a diverse client population, both in individual and group settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
