Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while providing telehealth services. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to cater to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential documentation as per legal and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Solid understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, alongside a strong foundation in cultural competence.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy in both individual and group settings with a focus on culturally sensitive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in emotionally charged situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing an ability to build strong rapport with diverse individuals.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
