This is a full-time remote position, offering you the flexibility to manage your workload from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our community health clinic network. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate client progress.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of their mental health status.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure optimal care and collaboration across the professional staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals of all ages facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients to create supportive environments where they can voice their concerns and work toward positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Valid and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health counselor in a clinical setting, preferably within a community health environment.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, exhibit empathy, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a strong plus, enabling seamless documentation and client tracking.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in integrating behavioral health interventions within a primary care setting or community health clinic would be beneficial. Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
