Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological status of clients, ensuring the creation of evidence-based and tailored treatment plans.

• Develop personalized treatment strategies that reflect each patient's specific mental health needs, incorporating various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues related to anxiety, mood disorders, personality disturbances, and trauma, thereby enhancing each patient's emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary personnel to create a seamless and holistic care experience for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
