Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing clients with the tools needed to improve their mental health.

• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions and experiences, facilitating their journey of self-discovery and relationship-building.

• Serve as an advocate for your clients, helping them to identify clear, achievable goals for their mental health and wellness.

• Assess clients’ mental conditions, and collaboratively develop and implement effective treatment plans based on evidence-based solutions stemming from your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Life Mend, we ensure that all clients are carefully screened prior to scheduling appointments. You will primarily work with stable adults exhibiting low-acuity mental health concerns. Our screening process guarantees that your caseload will consist of clients who are well-suited to benefit from counseling, and we will align you with individuals whose needs match your specialties and preferences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full and active license from the state of Georgia to practice independently, which can include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Mend offers a competitive salary package within the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
