Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care that prioritizes patient outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, guiding patients through distressing situations with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is essential.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in providing culturally responsive individual and group therapy, showcasing an ability to connect effectively with a diverse clientele.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a calm, poised approach to challenging situations.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
