This is a full-time, remote position that allows you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home office while maintaining consistent engagement with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and progress of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions drawing from diverse therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Utilize behavioral and cognitive techniques to support client progress effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
