Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport to foster positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress and discuss upcoming appointments, ensuring timely discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the mental health needs and goals of new clients.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance professional skills and address clinical challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth, including children and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
