Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using techniques tailored to address specific mental health concerns and relational dynamics.

• Provide necessary referrals and collaborate with external professionals, including psychiatrists and community resources, to support comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing mental health and relational challenges. Clients may present with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and marital discord. Your role is critical in helping them navigate these complexities and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Georgia with the ability to practice independently.

• A minimum of 2 years of verified clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a community health setting.

• A proven track record of proficiency in individual, family, and couples counseling methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and techniques for grief counseling and crisis intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery, knowledge of culturally competent practices, and those who have previously worked with underserved populations are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
