Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and make informed recommendations to primary care providers regarding treatment goals.

• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing mental health challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor and coordinate behavioral health delivery, ensuring continuity of care by facilitating connections both within and outside the primary care setting.

• Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts while maintaining compliance with all ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Assist in developing comprehensive relapse prevention plans aimed at helping patients maintain stable functioning.

• Work collaboratively with primary care providers to address psychosocial issues and facilitate effective treatment plans.

• Engage proactively with patients to support their journey towards recovery, providing them tools and strategies for self-management and healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 87,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
